Upon their arrival, our customers will find a safe reception and will be met with our usual smile, even if under a face mask. They will be asked to wear face masks and wait for their turn while preparing their documents. It will only take a few minutes to get the key to their room, of course sanitized;

Check-in is scheduled from 3 pm while check-out is required by 11 am to have sufficient time to thoroughly sanitize the rooms;

Our guests must wear a face mask upon their arrival, on the lift and when they are in the common areas. No masks are required when seated at the Restaurant and Bar;

The tables in the restaurant will be further away than usual and our veranda opening onto the garden will guarantee a very airy environment. The same applies to the Bar and the Hall;

We are enhancing our room service for breakfast… a great opportunity to enjoy our flowered balconies;

Gym and Swimming pool are currently available only by reservation, and from the feedback we receive from our guests we can guarantee that having these spaces all to yourself is not bad at all!

Access to the beach will be almost the same as in previous years because Forte dei Marmi has always allowed a big distance between the umbrellas – luckily! It’s always been our strong point!
