La Stellata is the developing farm with a view over the wonderful panorama of Versilia from the hills above Forte dei Marmi. This is where we produce our Quercetano Extra Virgin Olive Oil from a Versilian native variety of olives (a Slow Food Presidium) in an ancient olive grove overlooking the sea and many other short supply chain products, as well as host artist residencies.
